July of 2020 CPI went up in Lebanon

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Lebanon in July of 2020 was 112.4%, 227 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 11.4%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2020 is 99.5%

We must highlight the increase of 66.5% in the prices of Alcoholic beverages and tobacco, until its interannual rate reached 489.3%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Education of 0%, and an interannual variation of 4.4%.
