August of 2024 CPI went up in China

The annual variation rate of the CPI in China in August of 2024 was 0.6%, 1 tenth higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 0.4%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2024 is 0.2%

We must highlight the increase of 2.2% in the prices of Food and non-alcoholic beverages, until its interannual rate reached 2.1%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Health of -1.1%, and an interannual variation of -2.7%.
