Chinese CPI increased up to 0.1% year-on-year in August of 2023

The annual variation rate of the CPI in China in August of 2023 was 0.1%, 4 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 0.3%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2023 is 0.5%

We must highlight the increase of 1% in the prices of Health, until its interannual rate reached -2.1%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Furniture, household equipment and maintenance of -0.3%, and an interannual variation of -0.5%.
