The transparency law of Iceland has been in force since 1996 and with it has earned 64 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Iceland ranks at number 95, de los 111 del RTI Rating. It is one of the countries with legislation less prone to guaranteeing the right to information.
