In South Korea, CO2 emissions during 2021 have grown 27.633 megatons, 4.49% compared to 2020.

In the last period, South Korea, has emitted 0.28 kilos for every $ 1,000 of GDP, the same as in 2020.
In the table we can see the evolution of CO2 emissions, which have grown since 2011, while per capita emissions have decreased and, on the contrary, CO2 emissions per $ 1,000 of GDP.
However, in the last five years, total emissions have decreased in South Korea, as have emissions per capita, then the situation is improving.
