The latest survey data indicate believers share of France population, has dropped to 82.23%. As to Christianity it has also decreased, the previous survey recorded 75.58% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 72.57% follow it.
The second-largest religion in France is Islam, accounts for about 7.53% of the population.
