GDP rises 2% in Portugal in first quarter

Gross Domestic Product of Portugal grew 0.8% in the first quarter of 2024 compared to the previous quarter. This rate is 1 -tenth of one percent higher than the figure of 0.7% published in the forth quarter of 2023.

The year-on-year change in GDP was 1.5%, 6 -tenths of one percent less than the 2.1% recorded in the forth quarter of 2023.
