The latest survey data indicate believers share of Gabon population, has dropped to 98.4%. As to Christianity it has increased, the previous survey recorded 73.35% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 74.72% follow it.
The Gabon’s second-largest religion is Islam, accounts for about 15% of the population.
