January of 2019 CPI went up in Türkiye

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Türkiye in January of 2019 was 20.4%, 1 tenth higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 1.1%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2019 is 1.1%

We must highlight the increase of 6.4% in the prices of Food and non-alcoholic beverages, until its interannual rate reached 31%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Clothing and footwear of -8%, and an interannual variation of 12.5%.
