Ugandans CPI goes down to 3%

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Uganda in January of 2018 was 3%, 3 tenths less than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been -0.3%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2018 is -0.3%

We must highlight the increase of 0.6% in the prices of Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels, until its interannual rate reached 5.4%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Transport of -1.1%, and an interannual variation of 3.8%.
