The annual variation rate of the CPI in Tanzania in June of 2019 was 3.7%, 2 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been -0.2%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2019 is 3.8%

We must highlight the increase of 0.2% in the prices of Food and non-alcoholic beverages, until its interannual rate reached 2.3%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels of -1.3%, and an interannual variation of 9%.
