Paraguayans CPI goes down to 11.4%

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Paraguay in May of 2022 was 11.4%, 4 tenths less than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 0.2%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2022 is 5.4%

We must highlight the increase of 1% in the prices of Alcoholic beverages and tobacco, until its interannual rate reached 3.8%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Food and non-alcoholic beverages of -0.3%, and an interannual variation of 18.4%.
