CPI falls in July of 2021 in Nigeria

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Nigeria in July of 2021 was 17.4%, 4 tenths less than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 0.9%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2021 is 8.9%

We must highlight the increase of 1.2% in the prices of Clothing and footwear, until its interannual rate reached 14.2%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels of 0.8%, and an interannual variation of 10.2%.
