In 2008 Croatia public debt was 18,559 million euros27,599 million dollars, has increased 2,0715,123 million since 2007.
This amount means that the debt in 2008 reached 38.9% of Croatia GDP, a 1.8 percentage point rise from 2007, when it was 37.1% of GDP.
