In 2009 Croatia public debt was 22,097 million euros30,464 million dollars, has increased 3,5382,865 million since 2008.
This amount means that the debt in 2009 reached 48.1% of Croatia GDP, a 9.2 percentage point rise from 2008, when it was 38.9% of GDP.
