Netherlands is in 75º place in the ranking of transparency

The transparency law of Netherlands has been in force since 1978 and with it has earned 82 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Netherlands is now ranked 75 in the transparency ranking formed by 136 countries, meaning it is among those that must improve its laws in order to guarantee access to information.

This index ranks countries giving them a score of 0-150 depending on the strength of its legal framework which guarantees the right to information.
