CO2 emissions, in Türkiye in 2020, have grown 9.849 megatons, 2.37% compared to 2019.
CO2 emissions in 2020 were 425.093 megatons, making Türkiye is among the countries that pollute the most in the ranking of countries for CO2 emissions, made up of 184 countries, in which the countries are ranked from least to most pollutant.
In addition to its total emissions of CO2 into the atmospher, which logically depend, among other variables, on the country's population, it is convenient to analyze the behavior of its emissions per inhabitant.
