Qatar - Religions

Islam is the Qatar's top religion, around 47% of the population. A very hight percentage of population, 98.23%, consider themselves religious.

The latest survey data indicate believers share of Qatar population, has dropped to 98.23%. As to Islam it has also decreased, the previous survey recorded 91.35% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 47% follow it.

Hindu is the second most practiced religion in Qatar, accounts for about 26.48% of the population.
