Christianity grow in Ethiopia while believers dropped

Christianity, with 60.99% of the population, is the religion of the majority of the population. A very hight percentage of population, 99.84%, confess to having religious feelings.

The latest survey data indicate believers share of Ethiopia population, has dropped to 99.84%. As to Christianity it has increased, the previous survey recorded 57.48% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 60.99% follow it.

The Ethiopia’s second-largest religion is Islam, accounts for about 32.94% of the population.
