The latest survey data indicate believers share of Egypt population, has increase to 99.67%. As to Islam it has also increased, the previous survey recorded 80.66% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 88% follow it.
The Egypt’s second-largest religion is Christianity, accounts for about 11.63% of the population.
