Libya - Intentional self-harm

By 2014, suicides in Libya increased by 37 people to at 380 suicides In Libya, on average, at least one suicide happens every day.

In Libya there were 6.07 suicides per 100,000 inhabitants, much less than the average suicide in the world, of 9.71 self-harm per 100.000 people.

Of the 380 recorded suicide cases in 2014, 293 were men suicides and 87 were women. So that, the suicide rate among males were 9.45 per 100,000 men and for women 2.91 per 100,000 female.
