In 1974 the life expectancy in Viet Nam decreased to 55.83 years.
That year, the life expectancy for women was 62.56 years and for men 49.85 years.Viet Nam’s position worsened with respect to the 188 countries we publish said data, dropping from the 116th in 1973 to 121th in 1974.
