Canada: CPI goes up in May of 2021

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Canada in May of 2021 was 3.6%, 2 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 0.5%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2021 is 2.6%

We must highlight the increase of 1% in the prices of Recreation and culture, until its interannual rate reached 1.6%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Communication of -1.2%, and an interannual variation of -7.2%.
