Venezuela: CPI goes up in April of 2015

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Venezuela in April of 2015 was 83.6%, 12 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 6.4%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2015 is 26.7%

We must highlight the increase of 17.3% in the prices of Alcoholic beverages and tobacco, until its interannual rate reached 130.2%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Communication of 0.7%, and an interannual variation of 18.9%.
