The annual variation rate of the CPI in Portugal in November of 2013 was -0.2%, 1 tenth higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been -0.2%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2013 is -0.2%

We must highlight the increase of 0.4% in the prices of Communication, until its interannual rate reached 1.6%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Transport of -1.2%, and an interannual variation of -3.5%.
