CPI Nigeria December of 2022

Nigerians CPI goes down to 21.3%

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Nigeria in December of 2022 was 21.3%, 2 tenths less than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 1.7%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2022 is 21.3%

We must highlight the increase of 1.9% in the prices of Food and non-alcoholic beverages, until its interannual rate reached 23.7%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Recreation and culture of 0.5%, and an interannual variation of 15.7%.
