Mexicans CPI goes down to 27.1%

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Mexico in January of 1991 was 27.1%, 28 tenths less than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 2.6%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 1991 is 2.6%

We must highlight the increase of 3.9% in the prices of Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels, until its interannual rate reached 37.1%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Furniture, household equipment and maintenance of 1.5%, and an interannual variation of 17%.
