Mexico: CPI goes up in August of 1982

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Mexico in August of 1982 was 68.2%, 138 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 11.2%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 1982 is 54.4%

We must highlight the increase of 23.8% in the prices of Transport, until its interannual rate reached 101.5%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Health of 6.4%, and an interannual variation of 66.8%.
