Lebanese CPI goes down to 123.2%

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Lebanon in February of 2024 was 123.2%, 541 tenths less than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 1.1%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2024 is 4%

We must highlight the increase of 4.3% in the prices of Alcoholic beverages and tobacco, until its interannual rate reached 87.1%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Clothing and footwear of -3.3%, and an interannual variation of 75.1%.
