CPI falls in April of 2018 in Kenya

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Kenya in April of 2018 was 3.7%, 5 tenths less than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 1.4%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2018 is 5.5%

We must highlight the increase of 3.2% in the prices of Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels, until its interannual rate reached 11.8%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Communication of 0%, and an interannual variation of 0.8%.
