CPI Iceland November of 2023

Icelanders CPI increased up to 8% year-on-year in November of 2023

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Iceland in November of 2023 was 8%, 1 tenth higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 0.4%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2023 is 7.3%

We must highlight the increase of 1.6% in the prices of Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels, until its interannual rate reached 10.5%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Communication of -2.3%, and an interannual variation of -7.9%.
