Colombians CPI goes down to 12.4%

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Colombia in May of 2023 was 12.4%, 4 tenths less than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 0.4%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2023 is 5.8%

We must highlight the increase of 1.2% in the prices of Transport, until its interannual rate reached 17.8%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Food and non-alcoholic beverages of -0.9%, and an interannual variation of 15.7%.
