Argentines CPI increased up to 34.4% year-on-year in August of 2018

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Argentina in August of 2018 was 34.4%, 32 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 3.9%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2018 is 24.3%

We must highlight the increase of 12.4% in the prices of Communication, until its interannual rate reached 48.4%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Clothing and footwear of 0.3%, and an interannual variation of 20.8%.
