In 2021 Lebanon public debt was 60,532 million euros71,641 million dollars, has increased 28,21434,757 million since 2020.
This amount means that the debt in 2021 reached 349.88% of Lebanon GDP, a 199.3 percentage point rise from 2020, when it was 150.58% of GDP.
If we check the tables we can see the evolution of Lebanon debt. It has risen since 2011 in global debt terms, when it was 38,554 million euros 53,656 million dollars and also in terms of GDP percentage, when it amounted to 134.39%.
According to the last data point published, Lebanon per capita debt in 2021 was 10,823 euros12,810 dollars per inhabitant.
