The transparency law of Guyana has been in force since 2013 and with it has earned 69 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Guyana ranks at number 98, de los 123 del RTI Rating. It is one of the countries with legislation less prone to guaranteeing the right to information.
