The latest survey data indicate believers share of Guinea-Bissau population, has dropped to 99.88%. As to Animist Religions it has also decreased, the previous survey recorded 59.01% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 55% follow it.
The second-largest religion in Guinea-Bissau is Islam, accounts for about 32% of the population.
