The annual variation rate of the CPI in Venezuela in July of 2017 was 266.7%, 160 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 13.7%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2017 is 125.9%

We must highlight the increase of 17.9% in the prices of Restaurants and hotels, until its interannual rate reached 229.5%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels of 1.2%, and an interannual variation of 151.8%.
