Nicaraguans CPI goes down to 5.5%

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Nicaragua in December of 2013 was 5.5%, 6 tenths less than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 1.1%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2013 is 5.5%

We must highlight the increase of 7.3% in the prices of Recreation and culture, until its interannual rate reached 1.3%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Alcoholic beverages and tobacco of 0.1%, and an interannual variation of 8.6%.
