Mexicans CPI increased up to 65.9% year-on-year in January of 1986

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Mexico in January of 1986 was 65.9%, 21 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 8.8%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 1986 is 8.8%

We must highlight the increase of 12.7% in the prices of Miscellaneous goods and services, until its interannual rate reached 86.3%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Clothing and footwear of 3.1%, and an interannual variation of 69.1%.
