September of 2021 CPI went up in Lebanon

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Lebanon in September of 2021 was 144.1%, 63 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 8.2%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2021 is 116.2%

We must highlight the increase of 31.3% in the prices of Transport, until its interannual rate reached 356.9%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Clothing and footwear of -3.1%, and an interannual variation of 166%.
