The annual variation rate of the CPI in Israel in May of 2022 was 4.2%, 2 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 0.6%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2022 is 2.8%

We must highlight the increase of 2.3% in the prices of Clothing and footwear, until its interannual rate reached -6%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels of 0.2%, and an interannual variation of 3.7%.
