Ghanaians CPI goes down to 21%

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Ghana in July of 2024 was 21%, 18 tenths less than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 2.1%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2024 is 15.2%

We must highlight the increase of 4.7% in the prices of Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels, until its interannual rate reached 28.6%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Alcoholic beverages and tobacco of 0.5%, and an interannual variation of 26.8%.
