Egyptians CPI goes down to 9.8%

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Egypt in February of 2014 was 9.8%, 15 tenths less than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 1.1%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2014 is 36.8%

We must highlight the increase of 46.1% in the prices of Communication, until its interannual rate reached 48.4%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Restaurants and hotels of -27.2%, and an interannual variation of -22.9%.
