The annual variation rate of the CPI in Bulgaria in August of 2016 was -0.3%, 1 tenth less than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been -0.1%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2016 is -0.2%

We must highlight the increase of 0.6% in the prices of Furniture, household equipment and maintenance, until its interannual rate reached -1.7%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Clothing and footwear of -2.9%, and an interannual variation of -0.9%.
