Belgians CPI increased up to 3.2% year-on-year in February of 2024

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Belgium in February of 2024 was 3.2%, 14 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 0.7%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2024 is 1.2%

We must highlight the increase of 4% in the prices of Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels, until its interannual rate reached -0.2%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Food and non-alcoholic beverages of -0.4%, and an interannual variation of 4.9%.
