Since June 2007, the national minimum wage in Greece remained fixed at €767.6 per month, that is 9,211 euros per year, taking into account 12 payments per year.
Accordingly the national minimum wage has been raised 37.3 Euros per month from the previous year, 5.11%. This increase is greater than the CPI of 2007 which was 2.9%, so workers have gained buying power in the last year.
If we look at the ranking of the national minimum wage that we publish, Greece is in 11 nd place of the 84 of the list.
