Public debt went up in Lithuania

In 2003 Lithuania public debt was 3,395 million euros3,830 million dollars, has increased 29670 million since 2002.

This amount means that the debt in 2003 reached 20.4% of Lithuania GDP, a 1.8 percentage point fall from 2002, when it was 22.2% of GDP.

According to the last data point published, Lithuania per capita debt in 2003 was 999 euros1,127 dollars per inhabitant. In 2002 it was 981 euros 921 dollars, afterwards rising by 18 euros206 dollars,
