Turkey is at the 91º position of the Global Right to Information Rating

The transparency law of Turkey has been in force since 2003 and with it has earned 72 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Turkey ranks at number 91, de los 123 del RTI Rating. It is one of the countries with legislation less prone to guaranteeing the right to information.

This index ranks countries giving them a score of 0-150 depending on the strength of its legal framework which guarantees the right to information.
