The transparency law of Tajikistan has been in force since 2008 and with it has earned 51 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Tajikistan ranks at number 93, de los 95 del RTI Rating. It is one of the countries with legislation less prone to guaranteeing the right to information.
