Iceland: GDP increases 5.1%

Gross Domestic Product of Iceland grew 5.1% in 2021 compared to last year. This rate is 120 -tenths of one percent higher than the figure of -6.9% published in 2020.

The GDP figure in 2021 was €21,819$25,596 million, Iceland is number 109 in the ranking of GDP of the 196 countries that we publish. The absolute value of GDP in Iceland rose €2,871$3,901 million with respect to 2020.

The GDP per capita of Iceland in 2021 was €58,570$69,405, €6,870$10,180 higher than in 2020, it was €51,700$59,225.
